Workplace Wellness & Culture Building
Varying sessions (60-120 minutes), start the conversation regarding workplace burnout, fostering inclusivity, building a safe work culture, practical tools for improved collaboration or productivity, and strengthening empathy and respect to effectively inspire teams.

Youth Social & Emotional Development
These hour long sessions can aid in learning about social-emotional skills for children ages 7-15, help children learn to navigate conflict, and build anti-bullying strategies.

Community Health & Reproductive Wellness
Take an hour to dive into reproductive services such as doula services, addressing Black maternal health disparities (and advocacies), recognition of perinatal mood disorders and creating conversations for health equity in care settings.

Grief & Trauma Support
Take 90-120 minutes to learn about how to approach grief and trauma based on a culture, support colleagues who are grieving, how to process shared loss and build resilience, manage secondary trauma, and support youth through grief and trauma.
