About the event
Come join the Half Hood Half Holistic family as we reflect, restore and reset for the new year. This is not your average vision-board or goal setting workshop. We will reflect through meditation and dance, restore through guided imagery and prayer and reset with  a pleasure focused goal setting activity and an optional reiki attunement. Come for the vibes, leave with some healing. ✨
