Black Men's Mental Health Initiative
The Black Men’s Mental Health Initiative & Summit is a community-driven space designed to affirm Black men’s humanity and support real healing. Through year-round programming and our signature Summit experience, we bring together honest conversation, culturally grounded mental health tools, and connection—so brothers can unpack stress, strengthen coping, and build a new normal where wellness is practiced out loud.

Heal the Healers
Heal the Healers is our restorative initiative for the helpers—therapists, advocates, caregivers, and community leaders who pour out for everyone else. Through meet-ups, retreats, and workshop experiences, we create space to release burnout, rebuild boundaries, and return to yourself with community care and practical tools that make your healing sustainable—not seasonal.

Mental Health Mixtape Project
The Mental Health Mixtape is a culture-forward healing experience that uses music, storytelling, and real tools to make mental health feel accessible—not clinical. Through guided conversation, creative reflection, and community connection, we help people name what they’re carrying, build coping strategies, and leave with a “mixtape” of practices they can return to long after the session ends.

Self Love for Black Women
Our Self-Love for Black Women initiative is a soft, powerful return to self—created for Black women who are ready to choose themselves without guilt. Through our Self-Love Sunday cohort-based group and our immersive Self-Love Retreat, we offer guided reflection, community care, and practical tools for boundaries, confidence, and wholeness—so self-love becomes a practice, not a phase.

Black Maternal Health Initiative and Summit
Our Black Maternal Health Initiative & Summit is a community-rooted effort to protect, honor, and advocate for Black mothers and birthing people. Through year-round programming and our signature Summit experience, we combine education, resources, and healing-centered spaces to address maternal wellness—before, during, and after birth—while uplifting joy, agency, and culturally responsive care.

Social Wellness & Community Activation Events
Our Social Wellness & Community Activation Events bring people together in ways that feel nourishing, fun, and real. From pop-ups and meetups to creative experiences and community gatherings, we create culturally grounded spaces for connection, reflection, and collective care—because wellness isn’t just personal, it’s social.

Community Based & Youth Workshops
Our Community-Based & Youth Workshops meet people where they are—offering both practical skills and space to process what life is carrying. We facilitate trainings like Mental Health First Aid, combatting compassion fatigue, and social-emotional wellness, alongside therapeutic processing groups that support reflection, coping strategies, and community connection. For youth, we also offer our signature From the Block to Balance curriculum—an engaging, culturally grounded experience that builds emotional literacy, coping tools, healthy boundaries, and self-leadership.
